About CPO

Cambarellus patzcuarensis. CPO dwarf crayfish are a small, active Cambarellus species kept in planted aquariums. Our page stays live for care information and availability updates while the colony is being built up.

We keep the CPO line separate from Blue Brazos and Cambarellus diminutus. Availability returns only when the colony is strong enough to support shipping.

Care overlaps with other Cambarellus dwarf crayfish: stable water, sinking foods, hiding places, and tank mates chosen with caution.

CPO crayfish care and availability

CPO crayfish, commonly called Mexican dwarf orange crayfish, are kept here as a separate Cambarellus line. Our CPO page is kept live for care information, live shipping notes, and availability updates while the colony is being built up.

They follow similar Cambarellus care: stable water, hiding places, prepared sinking foods, and cautious tank mate choices.

Check the shop page for current availability and read the dwarf crayfish care guide before adding CPO dwarf crayfish to a tank.
