USPS Priority or UPS Next Day / 2 Day. We pick the method based on weather and distance.
Weather holds
We hold shipments when temperatures put animals at risk. We'd rather delay than send dead animals.
Live arrival guarantee
If any animal arrives dead, we replace or refund it.
What we need: a photo of the animal in the bag, sent within 2 hours of the delivery scan.
The guarantee does not apply if you ship against a weather hold, choose a slower method than recommended, or leave the package unattended for an extended period after delivery.
