Why it matters

Why does "domestic" matter?

Most dwarf crayfish you'll find online are wild-caught or imported. They've been in transit for days and have never lived in aquarium conditions. A lot of them die within a week.

Ours have lived in our tanks their whole lives. They eat pellet food, they're used to tap water and room temperature. When they get to you, they settle in fast.
